A pardon for those who corrupt
The citizens have chosen the Centre Left to finally turn over a new leaf after years in which the concept of justice has been declining until it has almost completely disappeared. Laws that are ad personam (made for a particular individual), amnesties, delegitimisation of the magistracy, exaltation of impunity.
Italian citizens that vote for us, and I feel that I can speak for all the Centre Left and not just Italia dei Valori, have done this also to change the state of affairs of guaranteeing impunity to those who corrupt and evade taxes, with Parliament turning a blind eye.
On this point, on this wish of the electorate, I believe that the secretaries of the parties in the Centre Left coalition and even Romano Prodi cannot but be in agreement.
If we are in Parliament, if we are Ministers, undersecretaries, presidents of the two Houses of Parliaments, it is only because the Italians, even with a tiny majority of the votes, wanted a change for a new Italy, a clean Italy.
And now what are we doing today? We are ignoring those who voted for us, we are occupying our comfortable armchairs and we are discussing a draft law about a pardon that would set free those who are responsible for corruption, crimes committed by public officials in accepting bribes or misappropriating money, and false accounting.These are people who never go to prison; this is more than a pardon to free up the prisons. To pardon these people would be a scandal! There are even party leaders, both of the Centre Left and Centre Right, waiting to be sentenced, for whom it would be possible to open up the doors of prison soon.
Italia dei Valori will vote against this draft law.
If it were to be approved, this law would be cheating the citizens. It is not a great route to take for a government that wants to last 5 years.

Mamma e bimba....
Roma, centro storico zona nei pressi di palazzo Farnese, una bimba cammina dando la mano alla sua mamma, quando.....dal portone di un bellissimo palazzo patrizio esce un signore ben vestito con l’aria un po’ truce. La bimba chiede alla mamma: “chi è quel signore con la faccia cattiva ?”, la mamma: “è un ladro”, la bimba: e allora come mai non è in prigione ?, la mamma: perché è troppo vecchio...la bimba: ma se sembra più giovane del nonno...la mamma: lascia perdere ti dico che è così e punto, comunque anche se non è in prigione deve restare in casa...
La bimba: cavoli ci starei anche io in quella casa, hai visto come è bella mamma, sembra uno di quei posti che andate a visitare tu e papà pagando il biglietto e facendo la coda quando siete in vacanza...la mamma: beh, intanto pensa che brutto però, sarà una gran bella casa, ma non può uscire da lì, pensa che non può andare al mare, non può andare a correre, non può prendere il treno, guidare la macchina, insomma non è libero...la bimba: ma no mamma guarda, sono arrivati dei signori e gli hanno detto qualcosa e adesso lui sta correndo a prendere l’auto, mi pare che gli abbiano detto una roba tipo insulto, indul.... qualcosa del genere insomma, non ho capito ma se guardi bene stanno anche arrivando le sue valigie e lui sembra tutto contento...la mamma dai stai tranquilla adesso vedrai che qualcuno glielo impedirà....la bimba: mamma guarda che ti sbagli, vedi quello è il parlamento dove ci sono i signori che fanno le leggi e tutti stanno brindando insieme, anche quei due lì che l’altra sera in televisione sembrava che stessero litigando....la mamma ma no guarda bene, c’è uno in maniche di camicia che sta urlando dicendo che non è giusto, andiamo vicino a vedere chi è, mi sembra una faccia già vista.....la bimba ho capito chi è, è quello che tutti i miei compagni dicono che secondo i loro genitori è uno che non parla bene l’italiano ed è cafone, mamma mamma, ma lo stanno portando via le guardie.....ma cosa ha fatto ? La mamma è quello che aveva arrestato i ladri, la bimba: mamma, ma che razza di cazzate ci insegnano a scuola ????

and the story goes on,I am glad that you and your party are against this farce,if person steal an apple becouse is hungry goes to jail,and the others that steal in grand style get away with it,lets hope that in the future people get so sick of it that they vote only you and your party,and then please let's have a good clean up ,ciao
