Visco, a step back
I’m publishing a letter that I sent today to il Corriere

Piero Ostellino’s thoughts in yesterday’s il Corriere editorial about the Visco - Finance Police situation, deserve some attention.
Rome’s prosecutor has asked for the archiving of the criminal proceedings against Visco saying that even though he has done an “illegitimate act”, he has not however committed an “illegal act” that needs to be taken to the criminal courts. That is even though the act is illegal, it doesn’t carry a criminal sanction. In other words, the Deputy Minister, has anyway violated a principle of law, to which – in one (to say to Ostellino) – that can only mean a penalty that can and must, from time to time, be evaluated in other environments: on a civic level (and in fact General Speciale is taking steps to ask for compensation); on an administrative level, in relation to the effectiveness of the solutions adopted (the substitution of the General himself); on the level of political opportunity, with particular reference to the continuation of the arrangement by which the Deputy Minister has political responsibility for the Finance Police.
It is in fact this last aspect that makes me reinforce the idea of the illegitimacy of the behaviour of the Deputy Minister pointed out by the magistracy that undermines the relationship of trust that must exist of necessity between him and the Finance Police for which he has political responsibility. Thus, it is evidently the right moment for a step back (at least as regards the specific responsibility that is under discussion).
Such a decision could be a precursor to, or could take place at the same time as, another more important act of political responsibility of the whole government: the reduction of the number of undersecretaries and deputy ministers from the current 102 to not more than 50. And above all the reduction to no more than 15, the number of ministries (perhaps starting in fact with the Ministry of Infrastructure that I am leading and which is proving to be an anachronism keeping it separate from the Ministry of Transport.)
It would be a great wave of innovation that our Government needs now if it wants not just to survive but also to be credible.”

This is absolutly insane! THE SCOUNDRELS AND SCUMBAGS AND PARASITIES WHO NEVER HAD AN ONEST DAY'S WORK IN THEY'R LIFE WHO ARE IN GOVENMENT ESPECIALLY HERE IN AMERICA AND LIVING OFF THE GIGANTIC PROPAGANDA "SCUM" OF ROCK AND ROLL, SEX DRUGS, GAMBLING, PORNO, GAY AND LESBIANISM ON RADIO, TV AND THE PRESS, WHERE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE SQUANDERED.......THAT GO UP IN SMOKE........WHILE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ARE HOMELESS AND SLEPPING UNDER THE BRIDGES!..............THIS IS INSANE! WHO HAS DESTROYED THE MORAL FABRIC OF THE FAMILY AND CREATED A CAOS AND DISORDER IN THE LIFE OF THE PEOPLE.......OUT TO BE SCRAPPED OVERNIGHT! FEW PEOPLE RICH, WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO BURN MONEY.........an millions of people straggling to make ends meet!

IN ITALY GREAT APPLAUSE TO THE MINISTER A. DI PIETRO E L'ITALIA DEI VALORI.......AND BEPPE GRILLO AND THE THREE HUNDRED THOUSEND PEOPLE WHO HAVE SIGNED FOR NEW LAWS IN PARLIAMENT. THIS IS A FIRST STEP OF CHANGES FOR A NEW ITALY, NEW VALORS, LAW & ORDER, "A RETURN TO DISCIPLINE", A RETURN TO ITALY AND THE ITALY OF VITTORIO VENETO AND THE REVOLUTION!

Good evening to the Minister A. DiPietro, and the previous blogger Marino de Menches.
I am, also a Canadian, but first Italian citizen, born in Italy. I wuold like to know if mr.Marino can write as well in the italian language, the way he did in the previuos topic the other day; if so, he is one of a kind....a rarety among thousends of people of dual nationality. Now, commenting from the today's news about an italian immigrant who died after being arrested in jail from grave injuries at his head, after being beaten up by the police, i have to say that Police brutality, in anglossaxon Canada is nothing new! I know something about myself how brutal and oppressive they treat you......even just questioning you for your driver licence, while driving your car! They are atrocius!.....and they torture you with hand-cuffs so tight......you'll be left with your nerves wrecked for the rest of your life! This is true!.... I took them to court! i know! Enough of this...going back to the housing problem in Italy, using the casermes, as you have advocated, like the Minister Di Pietro, i wuold say WHY NOT BUILT RECEPTION CENTRES IN NORD-AFRICA RIGHT WHERE THE MIGRANTS DEPART TO COME TO ITALY, IN ORDER FOR THE MIGRANTS TO BE SENT BACK FROM LAMPEDUSA?...........and SEND BACK ALL THIS GYPSIES, ROMS, CINESE, CINGALESE OF ALL THE RACES TO RECEPTION CENTRES IN THEY'R OWN CONTRY.
THE JAILS ARE FULL.......BECAUSE OF THIS MIGRANTS RIGHT?.......THEN.......I DONT'KNOW......WHAT THE HELL SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT......
IN A SMALL COUNTRY LIKE OURS? IS ANY BODY, IN ITALY, UNDERSTAND THAT MIGRANTS ARE CAUSING PROBLEMS.....AND ON TOP OF THAT ARE OVERCROWDING AN ALREADY CROWDED AND CONJESTED SMAL COUNTRY LIKE OURS!
THERE IS LOTS OF SPACE IN CANADA AND USA...............THIS ARE THE COUNTRY FOR MIGRANTS!........MAKE NO MISTAKE....IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME...LIKE IT'S ALREADY HAPPENING NOW IN SOME PARTS OF CANADA WHERE CINESE MIGRANTS HAVE PEACEFULY INVADED AND HAVE BECOME A MAJORITY AND THE SPEACK THEY'R OWN LANGUAGE....AND THEY ARE ALL OF THEM..........AND THE FEW LOCAL RESIDENT HAVE TO MOVE OUT!
