The horror of Justice
Today Silvio Berlusconi spoke these words on "Radio anch'io": "Io ho orrore di Di Pietro e lo dico alto e forte” {I have a horror of Di Pietro and I say that loud and strong}.
What follows is my reply on Corriere.it
Berlusconi reminds me of the story of the fox who when he couldn’t reach the grapes said that they were bitter. Years ago he wanted me to be the Minister of the Interior. Today he doesn’t even want me to be in Parliament.
The truth is simple. He’s afraid that the Italia dei Valori -Partito Democratico combination could win the elections because it is more credible in its men and in its programme, in which we tackle concrete topics instead of denigrating the opposition.
My own fault is to have done “Mani Pulite”. It was the backhanders that were horrible as well as the embezzlement that was happening then and that is happening now, not the magistrates who are doing their duty or those politicians who demand that Parliament makes laws that give back the transparency to politics and to the business world.

Dear Dr.DiPietro, Bettini (with great sadness) said that you are not the right person to cover the ministry of Justice (in fact you don't have experience, everybody knows...of course I'm joking!), so I wonder to which game are we playing? I'm not sure I will stand again another dirty job in Italy (like the Mastella's one)...really I think that probably I will give up if you won't be the next minister of Justice (and your voice will echo for nothing) and I will resign to the thing that in Italy democracy is dead in favour of thieves, Mafiosi's friends and incompetent people.

Condivido la sua risposta all'affermazione di Berlusconi in merito all'orrore che prova nei suoi confronti.
Non condivido il fatto di non "denigrare" l'opposizione.
Voi, PD e IDV, dovreste sempre fare presente tutto cio' che e' veramente denigratorio come il FALSO in Bilancio non piu' reato, le varie prescrizioni, per e grazie a Berlusconi, e cosi' via, dichiarandolo apertamente a tutti coloro che sono con il PDL, in modo che tutti noi RICORDIAMO.
Non sono d'accordo neppure che tutti i Giudici siano ligi alla giustizia e rispettosi delle nostre leggi.
Personalmente posso affermare di aver ottenuto da un Giudice Fallimentare un decreto a sensi del CC; un secondo GF ne ha stravolto il testo imponendomi violazioni al CC, abusando del suo ufficio,con decisioni "ad personam" a tutela del fallimento contro i miei diritti sacrosanti sanciti dalla Costituzione. Alla mia risposta ha fatto seguito una Diffida dal Presidente del Tribunale, su richiesta del GF per non rispondermi e tapparmi la bocca.
La giustizia non e' vera e giusta in Italia.
Ci sono Giudici di parte.
I procedimenti sono lunghissimi, scoraggiano l'onesto.
Ho vissuto a Washington, DC e posso assicurarle, per propria esperienza, che il processo giuridico, civile, fiscale, e' immediato; esiste la giustizia vera e la pena (nel mio caso penalita') certa.
Non ho avuto bisogno di un Avvocato e mi sono tutelata da sola.
Ho perso la fiducia che l'Italia possa veramente cambiare in meglio. Troppa lentezza, burocrazia, marche da bollo, file a branco, incompetenza, speculazione sulla privacy e potrei dilungarmi.
Nel suo programma non si evince come risolvere il problema Giustizia, amministrativa, fiscale, civile, penale.
Vorrei sperare che possa leggere questo commento.
